We are issuing an open call to all citizens, students, teachers, employees, and concerned parties to share their experiences and any relevant information with Magnolia Schools to assist the investigation.

Some questions you may consider:
Do you have information regarding a Magnolia charter school’s financial or operational practices that may be in violation of state and/or federal law?
Are you a current or former Magnolia charter school employee that experienced poor employment conditions, such as reduced compensation and/or additional workloads without additional compensation?
Have you applied for a teaching position at a Magnolia charter school but suspect you were turned away in favor of an employee with a different national origin, ethnicity, religion, race, gender, or any other protected characteristic?
Did you attempt to enroll your student into a Magnolia charter school but suspect you were turned away on the basis of disability, ethnicity, religion, race, national origin, English Language Learner status, gender, or any other protected characteristic?
Did your student attend a Magnolia charter school and was counseled to drop out rather than receive suspension or expulsion for bad behavior?
Did your student attend a Magnolia charter school, but was allowed to “slip through the cracks” until the school unenrolled the student later based on attendance?
Did a representative from Magnolia Public Schools approach you or your student and attempt to recruit your student to enroll in a Magnolia charter school at a student academic competition?
